  2. This is not pressing news, though it's important. The dynamics of it's effects, won't change overnight. Black Mayors seem to be in predominately black cities, with struggling economies. Could this be a result of what we call "White flight".Notice the numbers of Jackson Miss. the states capital. They only have a population of 184,000, yet they have a workforce of over 250,000. What does that mean? Over 70,000 people come into the city just to work. The same thing is happening in the city of Memphis. During the day our population increases by 37%.This gives the impression that Black leadership is incapable of running a city.What happens is they are expected to do the same with less.
