I sometimes forget how talented this lady was. To listen to her in her prime is like listening to an angel. I can only imagine, being that I've never heard an angel sing. It has just become so commonplace to see her in compromising positions. I'm quick to forget what all the fuss is about. Then I run across something like this to remind me of her voice. Let's pray that she gets herself together. Look at the video below, for a taste of greatness from the past. It almost takes your breath away.

ReplyDeleteI think Bobby got a bomb rap, when it comes to Whitney. He was a bad boy, but he didn't make her the way she has turned out. She was an butthole waiting to open. Bobby just gave her an excuse. I've been saying it all the time. I became suspicious of her after Randall Cunningham.

ReplyDeleteIt is also wrong for the public to blame Bobby Brown for Whitney’s drug addiction. He did not initiate her drug use; she was smoking before they became a couple.
Unfortunately, Whitney’s demons are winning the battle. It is sad to witness her self-inflicted destruction. I hope SHE seek the help she need before she end up like Jim Belushi.

whitney or any other celebrity is no different than normal people. ive head jada pinkett say numerous times that they have the same problems that everyone has......only they have a few more dollars. but they arent immune to the sufferings of every day life. i always do my little spill before i make my statement.....here goes......whiteny her self said that crack is wack!!!!! well, damn whitney,i see how it has screwed you up.
i know cissy is soooooooooo angry that she let whitney get in the biz. she could have settled with whitney singing in the church choir. oh but no, i think cissy wanted to live through whitney's career. but that is not too say that she wouldnt have ended up this way. i think that God is using whitney as an example for all people who are suffering from drug abuse. He is showing them that even rich and famous are weak of the flesh, it doesnt just effect the poor. i believe in the end that whitney will pull through, drug addiction is an illness. just the same as alcoholism. with prayer and drug intervention whitney will pull through. after she does will be come the biggest spokesperson for drug abuse. people the world over will benefit from her teachings, on drug recovery. just like the betty ford center is named for drug prevention. once whitney is cured she will use her voice for God's fight. am i a prophet....heck no! but this is just what i believe will happen.
