Where were you in 1989? This was the year that the writer was born and personally I wish I could remember. Many events happened in 1989 like The Montreal Massacre and the execution of Ted Bundy. Around the world many massacres occured such as the one in Tiananmen Square. 1989 was a year that brought much depression but also had events that brought America to what it is today. The cost of simple items such as bread and gas were a lot cheaper then they are today. Tragedies that occurred across the sea's also was a big part, such as the fall of the Berlin Wall. The writer had the time to research these events that happened in 1989 and put them together in a website.

  1. I guess no teenagers are reading my blog. Someone born in 1989, would be almost an adult. But I bet some of you have children that age. This just shows, they have history too. They can remember the good old days. At least according, to what they heard. I bet you long for those gas prices. I know I do.
