"Godfather Of Soul" James Brown (1933-2006)

One of this centuries most electrifying performers has passed away. James Brown expired at 1:45 a.m., after checking into the hospital yesterday. Needless to say he will be definitely missed. He was one of the last few pioneers from his era still on the scene. His music was tops on the charts for four decades, with an extended life from being sampled in today's Rap music. Below is the performance that made me a James Brown fan. I will always remember this whenever I think of the " Godfather Of Soul".

    Was Tommi Rae Brown really his wife? She was apparently on drugs up to his death. They haven't said what he died from yet.
