Ricky Peete Has His Day In Court

In all fairness I must admit I have never heard Ricky Peete say he wasn't guilty. I think he has come to grips with the fact that they have him on tape. In most cases you can't argue with what you see and hear. Like a good client does, he has remained quiet. He has let his lawyer Handel Durham Jr. do all the talking. And that Mr. Durham has done, more than he should if you ask my opinion. On second thought he's just doing what he's paid for. All things considered Mr. Peete has nothing to lose.

Has anyone noticed that everyone that's guilty seems to have a Black attorney. I have never heard a White attorney using racism as a defense. In cases like these, I have never saw a Black attorney that didn't. Attorney Handel Durham Jr. is building off the momentum he gained in the victory he obtained in the juvenile court case. He represented county employee James Sellers in that proceeding. The case being kicked out, is not the same as being found innocent.

  1. Bishop,

He was supposed to be on Jennings show today but he didn't make it. You can't count on anything Jennings say. His guest never show. I don't agree with him, but I wouldn't expect anything different.
