Better Late Than Never

The only bad thing about what Mayor Herenton had to say is the timing. Had he said the same thing years ago, it would have been just as true then. It may just not have been politically correct then. Truth be known,just like it still isn't now. This is one of those things, no matter when you say it out loud. It's going to offend someone. Those who don't like him will say he made this whole thing up to boost his campaign. Others will claim Some people seem to think his latest tirade will hurt him. I don't think that it will. I think he might have went overboard in some of his accusation, but he cleaned it up nicely in the end. Watch the link below and see the whole interview:
