I don't know this man personally, but I like his style. The next time Michael Floyd runs for office. I'll remember his name. I don't blame him for throwing his weight around to make a point. It just so happens that his point and the law, are on the same page this time. I knew it was just a matter of time before somebody would silence Thaddeus Matthews. He would have you think this is no big deal. But it is though. When have you ever known him not to continue to run his mouth? Even when he is obviously been proven wrong. That never stopped him before. You won't see or hear this guys name mentioned on his blog or show anymore. Since I don't foresee any future dealings with juvenile court. That's why I better mention it on this blog.
This man has been accused of using his office to get even with one of his campaign adversaries. While that may have some merit. That's not totally the case though. I just think he found an old law on the book that helped him do his job. The claim of this being a debt and not child support is wearing thin. Instead of moving it to another court. Just pay the bill. You can't agree to pay $500 a month on a $60,000 bill, while bragging about paying $6000 a month for a radio show. Somebody should have invoked this rule long ago. Michael Floyd is just doing his job.
I believe someone else is financing that $6K.
ReplyDeleteHis child support woes also haven't stopped him from begging for $10K for a morning show and bragging about his tailored suits and alligator shoes.
He also keeps bragging about his "sources" in the police department. One day he's going to tell off on himself.
Most of the 6K is probably financed through his ads and then there are just some who send money in.
ReplyDeleteSome of his child support payments were financed through individuals who thought they were sending money to oust Herenton. He can't have any money in the bank or show an income because of all the judgements agaisnt him for comiiting fraud and theft.
It seems alot of people in the black community fall for his antics. He tells them what they want to here I guess and they seems to enjoy it.
Anon 10:48,
ReplyDeleteI don't think the show costs that much. If it does, he's paying too much.
Instead of alligator shoes and custom suits, he needs to buy some everyday clothes. Quit wearing those too little shirts.
