Economic Crunch Is Widespread

I don't know all the particulars in this woman's situation, but I can safely say she is the exception not the norm. I don't personally know her, but I have met her before. She has been particularly active in the past trying to sue the Memphis City Schools. It's ironic that would be the place where she now works part-time. Sometimes our affiliations are more harmful to us than they are helpful. They can cause you to lose something they can't replace. Since their plan didn't parlay into a big payday. Those people egging her on have moved on to something else. Now it appears to a degree all her efforts that I have witnessed in the past were misdirected at best. Her needs would have been better served in trying to save her home.

She is being highlighted for a totally different reason in this story. Something bad is always happening to her. Has she become our local picture of a perpetual victim? Unfortunately she doesn't look like Beyonce or have a Coke bottle shape. If either of the aforementioned were true. She would have got some help by now. Not that she needs that kind, just pointing out it isn't there. Things just never work out for some people. When you take a deeper look it ultimately says something about them, or at least some people's perception. Now a lot of things are coming together about her. The East High group tried to use her knowledge as a biochemist as expert testimony in a legal case against the schools. I don't know whether it's her or the reporters. But now they are using her as an example of what happens when you play by the rules. Without telling you what playbook she used.
