Susan Rice Picked For U.N. Envoy

This is both an interesting and unusual choice. This position is not normally a cabinet post unless specifically designated such by the President. This in most cases falls under the supervision of the Secretary of State. There appears to be bad blood between her and Hillary Clinton, due to loyalty issues. It appears she is another transplant from the Clinton administration, who switched sides and supported Obama.
