They Aren't Saying Anything

I listened to the Thuggeus Matthews show today and he's as stupid as he ever was. Though I don't like his tactics. I'm just one of many who listen to talk radio. He obviously has found a niche in Memphis. Telling people to hush and hanging up the phone, doesn't help his credibility. But I know that's the only way he can survive on the air. He's not the sharpest Knife inthe drawer. He is too egotistical to admit his brand of radio has it's limitations and he has reached them. He would rather just ride it until it runs out. Then jump on something else like he has in the past. I have to give credit where it's due though. He has taken being a disrespectful oaf on the radio to a brand new level. He is crazy like a possum. He gets fat off what decent people ignore. If it wasn't for him going around stretching stuff and telling lies. Nobody would even know who he was. That's how I came to listen. He told a bold faced lie on me before. You can tell he's lying because hhis mouth is moving

I listened to his supposed greivance with Milton Hawkins. The new senior pastor of Temple Of Deliverance COGIC. I heard what Thuggeus has used to build a case against him. At least a case in his twisted mind. And it doesn't add up. So what if a church with a 6 million dollar budget pays the pastor accordingly? Milton Hawkins may not need to make 1/2 million dollars a year but he does, so what effect does that have on the life of poor residents. In a city of 1 million people, and the majority of them poor. If he gave his whole salary to charity; what difference would it make to 999 people? It would only add one. Then there would be one thousand people with no money. He has tapped into the most basic primal instinct that's sure to mobilize Afro-Americans. He simply capitalizes on their jealousy.


Also I hope no one was fooled by that episode with Dr. David Hill. He pulled the same thing with Austin Farley. He scored a knockout punch with his mouth. Thuggeus likes to give the impression he's a brawler, but he's just running his mouth. It's no accident that he has avoided confrontation as much as he talks. It's called knowing when to keep your mouth closed. He has it bad threatening preachers, elected officials, women and people who have something to lose. I would be impressed if he challenged someone like Amp Elmore the Snowman or those Mexicans he started up with. A wise woman once told me, and she was right. "People like him will go untouched, because they aren't saying anything."
