The person in charge or CEO of TMZ must undoubtedly be a homosexual or is deeply concerned with the Gay rights movement. They seem to have taken this story on single handedly or moreso than anybody else. I haven't seen coverage to this degree anywhere else. The story has taken on a life of it's own. I must admit these aren't the most flattering pictures Ms. PreJean could have taken in this instance but they have nothing to do with what she said. Whether she took a nude picture or not, men don't need to marry men. It's hard to reach the right that far from the left. This gives the word stretchmark a new meaning.

These pics were taken just last year -- meaning Carrie was the ripe ol' LEGAL age of 20.
This time, Carrie dropped her top for a professional photo shoot ... another partially nude gig that she forgot to tell the Miss California officials about.
Here's the best part. Carrie said the pics we just posted were the result of a "windy" day. That, friends, is the best lie ever!

I don't approve of the photos, but I never thought Carrie was going to lose her crown -- especially since Tara Conner was allowed to keep hers.
If Carrie had said she was against pre-marital sex or illegal drug use, none of this would have been an issue. Perez Hilton is simply sleaze -- gay or straight.

Yes, Harvey Levin (the mastermind of TMZ) IS gay. You may not remember that Alec Baldwin "outed" Levin back when he released those voicemails of Baldwin yelling at his daughter. Levin lives with a bodybuilder turned chiropractor, Dr. Andy Mauer.

Prejean Had 'No Idea' She Was Fired
There's never really a good or easy way to be fired, but to find out from 'Access Hollywood' host Billy Bush has to sting a little more than usual.
That's exactly how former Miss California Carrie Prejean found out that she could no longer wear the state tiara. When Bush told her that the news of her firing had been confirmed, Prejean told him "that's the first that I know about that, Billy."
Ever since her infamous gay marriage comments during the Miss USA pageant, Carrie Prejean has been a lightning rod. Beauty pageant organizers including Miss USA owner Donald Trump fired Prejean on June 10, 2009, citing breach of contract issues, according to media reports.
She went on to say that she "just got a phone call from you [Bush] and I've gotten some text messages saying 'Hey, is this really true?' and I said, 'True about what?' and they said, 'That you've been fired.' And I started to laugh because everyone's been cooperating and everyone's been getting along so well. This is the first that I've heard of it. This is funny to me. I have no idea what’s going on."
Prejean's reign as Miss California ended abruptly on Wednesday, as the Miss California USA organization cited "breach of contract issues," for her demise. They elaborated further, saying in a statement that Prejean was booted thanks to "contract violations including Ms. Prejean’s unwillingness to make appearances on behalf of the Miss California USA organization."
Taking her place as Miss California is the state's runner-up, Miss Malibu Tami Farrell.
Miss Malibu Tami Farrell is now Miss California USA following the dethroning of Carrie Prejean.
Prejean shot to notoriety following the Miss USA pageant this year thanks to her answer about a question on gay marriage from blogger Perez Hilton. Her response, saying that she believes marriage is between a man or a woman, sparked a feud between Prejean, Hilton and many pro gay marriage stars and groups.
Since then, she tells TMZ that the reason she was fired is because of those comments, but the organization is trying to mask it as something else.
"What's behind this I think is a political debate. They don't agree with the stance that I took [on Prop 8]. Shanna [Moakler] is trying to bash me. They don't like me. From day one they wanted me out and they got what they wanted." She goes on to tell TMZ that she's "shown respect for every party involved, even when they haven't shown it back."
Prejean also says that the Miss California organization tried to get her to pose semi-nude in Playboy, but she turned the $140,000 offer down.
