Well Heeled Hoodlums

Why are all these black millionaires going to jail? Oh no, they won't be cellmates with Bernie Madoff in one of those country club prisons. It will be hard time with gangs, shanks and everything. They're not committing white-collar crimes to add to their wealth, Instead it's for stupid stuff like gun charges and drug possession. They all should have had security details and roadies for that. They have had plenty of examples of  fallen stars before them. In that life three things are certain death, law and taxes. If one doesn't get you the other one will.

Maybe I should specify black rappers to be exact. First it was DMX and T.I. losing their freedom, now Ja Rule has added his name to the list. These aren't just newcomers who have performed at a couple of house parties. We're talking about best selling artists. Who not only have been successful in the studio but the big screen as well. It would seem they would be able to find something better to do than going to jail. They're jjust well heeled hoodlums.
