Run It

I have to take back part of a comment I made earlier about this unconfirmed power couple. They claim they aren' t seeing each other, but everyone keeps spotting them in the same place. Chris Brown and Rhianna are both young and dumb with money and talent. I thought she was five or six years older than him instead of just one. Thus I thought blowing his young mind with the wild, crazy sex. As it turns out they are basically the same age. Both of them are babies in a grownup world looking for an identity.. Chris sticking his foot in his mouth, Rhianna literally with her a## out. When it's all said and done they'll still be together.

Chris Brown is a young egghead trying  to be a bad boy. He  could learn a lesson from Chris Webber on keeping his mouth shut. Once it's out you can't take it back.  If he really wants to make ammends with his critics, he has a chance. It's not trading tweets with Miranda Lambert. He was challenged to a boxing match by wrestler C.M.  Punk. I bet he won't accept it though. C.M. Punk probably knows that. That's why he issued the challenge to begin with. Where is a gentleman when you need one? Nobody came to the defense of  Karrine Steffans when she got choked out. Too bad the offer wasn't extended to Ray J for his treatment of women. He could use a good beat down.

I don't buy that whole thing about Chris Brown seeing his stepdad hitting his mother. To the contrary Chris probably ran the house when he was young. He came up with that story about domestic violence for the courts and the media. His mother doesn't impress me as the type of woman being in that type situation.  Once she discovered he could make a lot of money dancing and singing.  She kicked her other men to the curb. He was running the show.

The backlash surrounding Chris Brown's appearance at the Grammys and subsequent remarks on Twitter just won't stop.

The lastest contestant to throw his hat into the "hatin' on Chris Brown" ring is WWE wrestler CM Punk, who is now in a "Twitter feud" with the singer.

On Monday, the professional wrestler, whose real name is Phillip Jack Brooks, tweeted, "I would like @chrisbrown fight somebody that can defend themselves. Me curb stomping that turd would be a #wrestlemania moment."

Never one to let things slide, Brown decided to engage with the WWE star. In true Chris Brown fashion he tweeted and later deleted: "@CMpunk needs more followers. He's such a leader! Not to mention the roids hes on has made it utterly impossible for him to pleasure a women."

The wrestler responded with a video directed at Brown:

"I never meant to include Chris Brown's name in one of my tweets for publicity. Now that he's accusing me of using steroids please allow me to retort," he said in the video. "I am a life-long, proud, drug-free straight-edge individual. So Chris and I come from two completely different worlds."

CM Punk continued, explaining that he doesn't have a manager, bodyguard, assistant, or PR team to tell him when to tweet or when to delete tweets.

"And I don't hit women. Period," he said, referring to Brown's brutal assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. "In my world women are meant to be revered and respected, and I firmly believe that in this life there are consequences and repercussions for people's actions and I think Chris Brown hasn't paid for what he's done. Picking up trash on the side of a highway does not make amends for repeatedly striking a woman to her face and sending her to a hospital."

The 33-year-old wrestler finished his statement by inviting Brown to duke things out in the ring: "So, Chris want to throw stones my way and I say that's fine, but I say put some gloves on in the ring and I will choke you out and make you feel as weak and powerless and scared and alone as any woman has had the misfortune of knowing any sad, cowardly little boy as yourself. And all proceeds can go to a women's charity of my choosing."

Brown (who doesn't seem to understand that his tweets will be written about even if he deletes them) responded to the video with a rant about missing "real" wrestlers, and wrote, "@cmpunk the video u posted was cute! It's so funny how defensive you are."

Ironically, Punk is not the only one who wants to inflict some pain on Brown. Violence never solves anything, but that didn't stop a writer named Kevin Seccia, from offering a $1,000 prize to the first person who beats up Chris Brown.

In a blog post, Seccia wrote that Brown "is a horrible human being," and argues that he doesn't even pretend to be sorry for "brutally assaulting and threatening to kill a woman," and shows no awareness of what he's done. For those reasons he's offering the cash prize to the first person to deliver documented proof that they hit Brown with "at least two solid punches." For legal reasons, Seccia writes that his offer is partially a joke, but he seems serious about wanting some karma to come Brown's way.

Another high-profile hater is country singer Miranda Lambert. She was one of the first to express her disgust at Brown's performance at the Grammys and got caught in a Twitter feud of her own with the 22-year-old R&B singer. Brown responded directly to Lambert with a sarcastic tweet: "Using my name to get publicity? I love it! Perform your heart out! Go buy Miranda Lambert album! So motivational and 'PERFECT'!"

Lambert doesn't seem to want to drop the issue anytime soon. At a concert on Thursday in Amherst, Mass., she spoke out against domestic violence. "I just have to speak my mind, because where I come from, beating up on a woman is never okay. So that's why my daddy taught me early on in life how to use a shotgun."

    The-Dream: Rihanna is not crazy

The producer reveals it was Rihanna's idea to add Chris Brown to 'Birthday Cake'

(WENN) - Producer The-Dream has revealed it was Rihanna's idea to include Chris Brown on her x-rated track 'Birthday Cake.'

Rihanna risked a backlash by collaborating with her abusive ex-boyfriend on the controversial single, which she debuted online on her 24th birthday on Monday.

The sexually-charged duet has been criticized by fans and critics alike but The-Dream, who wrote the song, insists Rihanna knew exactly what response she would provoke by inviting Brown to contribute vocals.

He tells RapFix Live, "At the end of the day, she's my friend, so whatever she wants to do is whatever she wants to do... [She said] 'I think I'm gonna put Chris on it,' [and I told her] 'I don't know which Chris you (sic) talkin' about, [but] OK, cool, whatever you say.'

"She's pretty smart too. The same questions that went through my mind, and I'm an artist also, had to have gone through hers. When she raised the question to me, I know she's not crazy. So my thought was you've been thinking about this, you've already thought it out, so evidently you know what reaction you (sic) gonna get."

The-Dream also praises Rihanna for forgiving Brown, who left her bloodied and bruised after their 2009 bust-up, and encourages music fans to do the same.

He adds, "Don't say you know how to forgive when you don't. Everybody knows what took place, cool. Have the power to really forgive if that's what it is, if not stay on that side of the fence from the beginning. It's easy to kinda throw Chris under the bus all the time, but c'mon, man. OK, we get it."

Brown landed a criminal conviction, was sentenced to probation and ordered to stay away from Rihanna after the brutal altercation.

Not only is her gold gown very low cut, it also has a sky-high slit -- yet she somehow avoided looking totally garish
