Is This Racist

This cartoon may qualify if anything as being tacky more so than racist. You have to use your imagination a bit to come up with this being racist though. You have to consider some stereotypes that some people don't even know about. But those that do can see why one might come to this far fetched conclusion.Whoever posted this cartoon had to know somebody was going to get upset. If that's what they were looking for they weren't disappointed. True to form the pied piper "Al Sharpton" is blowing his horn. His brand of protest has taken a severe blow lately. It's kind of hard to cry racism when the president of the United States is black. I know some may consider this cartoon offensive; but is this racist?
