We Need A Lawyer

One thing has been consistent since this whole consolidation/merger thing started. The county and their supporters have retained the services of a competent attorney. It has repeatedly paid off too. I heard the legislative session earlier today and it became painfully clear. We have not made the necessary investment to compete. Martavious Jones is a smart young man but law isn't his specialty. He is a financial planner with a part time position on the school board. Tomeka Hart is a lawyer but obviously she has a job. She hasn't and probably can't devote her undivided attention to this matter. Where is Javier Bailey when you need him? We need a lawyer!!!

Reginald Tate didn't sound like he was abreast of the issues and he was the only voice the city of Memphis had in ccmmittee

  2. It’s definitely important to hire a lawyer, who can devote as much of their time as possible to your case. Although most lawyers take several cases at a time, if it is within their specialty or forte, they usually have no problem committing time to each case. This is the kind of lawyer you needed, I think – someone who specialized in your specific problem, and could provide time.
