Does A Degree Equal Intelligence

It is only in the Black community that we are so critical. Now we have regular citizens, who have appointed themselves the credential police. It amazes me that some people, who can't even read their name in boxcar letters. Would be such a stickler for education. When it comes to somebody else, especially one of their own. Some people have degrees out the yen yang, but don't have an ounce of common sense. Some people might take issue with this, but here goes anyway. Education is a wonderful thing, in it's proper context. It isn't always the answer though. Sometimes it make us end up being educated fools.

When I discovered this tidbit of information, I was shocked. One of the most influential White men in America, only has a high school diploma. This man talks with the President. His remarks are repeated among the elite. His opinions are heard across the nation, three hours a day. This is one of those areas where the Black man is really behind. When it comes to the White man, it only matters whether or not he can do the job. Black men have to be overly qualified. The sad thing is, Blacks are equally guilty. No other race is more critical of them, than they are of themselves.
