King Of Double Dippin

It was revealed earlier today, what was happening in the Joe Townsend Jr. camp. I hate to say "I told you so", but unfortunately I did. Read my earlier post: http://indepcons.blogspot.com/2006/08/don't-sit-down-yet-were-still-dancing.html. The voters in Memphis are reduced to accepting levels of corruption. Since everyone is coming up dirty. Just pick the lesser of the evils. Earlier today someone actually argued the point with me,"everyone does that. So we can't hold that against him". My question to them was. If someone jumped into a firery furnace, would you do that also? Mr. Townsend was charging both his campaign contributions and the state for his expenses. Even after being warned his actions were illegal. His defense was, he didn't agree with the law. C'mon now that's no excuse. That brings up another question. Why are these officials accepting campaign contributions? When they aren't even waging campaigns? Some of them are running unopposed, and have been in several elections. If my predictions are correct. We can expect three more. This is just the first of four.
