Perception Is Reality

At the tenth annual "National Gay and Lesbian Task Force" awards banquet. NAACP ceo Julian Bond, was awarded the organizations leadership award. Upon further investigation and fact finding. I wanted to be fair in my conclusions. I discovered that as head of the NAACP Mr. Bond has been very active in homosexual matters. To some he might even be considered an activist. Well obviously his involvement has been beneficial to someone. He is receiving the organizations top award.

As of late I have often had problems, with the causes they have championed. Seems like they're just in place to cry discrimination. I think the racism cry has gotten weak. In an attempt to maintain public appeal. Their scope has stretched. I protest their stances, by withholding my membership. The argument often arises, whether or not this is a civil rights issue. I would think not. My opinions are based on the fact. Blacks had no choice in their race. Homosexual do their sexuality. Even if they don't have a choice. Like I'm sure some will say. You don't get special treatment, based on who you sleep with. Could homosexuals feel this is a civil rights issue, because the chairman of the NAACP said so? Looks that way to me, perception is reality.

The Black community should be outraged.

The NAACP has long ventured away from their mission.

Bill Clinton was there too. He did a cameo. He didn't hang around long.

The NAACP will support anyone or anything that gives them a donation.
